1. Poor contact with the switch

The moving and static contacts of the switch trigger are connected together so that the three-phase contacts are asynchronous and lose phase. Or the trigger is not suitable for the vibration motor.

Solution: Replace the trigger to match the vibration motor properly, and it will be solved.

2. Fuse blown makes phase loss

Fuses are not suitable or pressed properly. The main circuit of the motor is grounded or short-circuited so that the fuse blows and the phase is lost.

Solution: Replace with the appropriate fuse. The installation method should be correct and checked regularly.

3. Inappropriate melt capacity

Small capacity. The fuse is easily blown by the impact of the current when starting.

Solution: Choose the fuse correctly according to the rated current, or choose a fuse with a larger heat-resistant capacity.

4. Contact damage

Humidity, vibration, and corrosive gas in the air will cause the contact to be oxidized and then melted and damaged. Or use for a long time, resulting in serious wear of the contacts.

Solution: Choose an original that suits the environment. Check regularly and replace in time if there is any problem.

5. Bad wire contact

Improper installation, wire breakage, or damage by external force causes phase loss.

Solution: Strictly implement standard installation.

6. Winding failure

The running time of the motor is too long, the resistance welding of the coil is poor or desoldered, and the contact between the lead ring and the coil is poor, which causes the magnetic field of the motor to run poorly.

Solution: Repair or directly replace the vibration motor.
