Feed Pump

Filter press feed pump is an industrial pump specially designed for feeding filter press, which realizes solid-liquid separation by conveying slurry containing solid particles (such as mineral slurry, sludge, chemical waste residue, etc.) at high pressure.

Feed pump core functions include:

1. Providing stable pressure and flow rate: ensuring that the slurry penetrates the filter cloth under high pressure and retains solid particles efficiently;
2. Self-adapting to changes in working conditions: automatically adjusting the flow rate and pressure with the thickening of the filter cake (low-pressure feeding with large flow rate → high-pressure filtration with small flow rate);
3. Reducing the impact of equipment: smooth operation extends the life of the filter press.
