Disintegration steps

1. Loosen the fastening bolts on the pump cover and the pump body, and take the rotor assembly out of the pump body.

2. Loosen the nut in front of the impeller and take off the impeller (the impeller key should be kept properly).

3. Take off the pump cover and shaft sleeve, and loosen the bearing cover, then the shaft can be pulled out from the suspension (note that when hitting the shaft head with a copper rod, the impeller nut should be worn to prevent damage to the thread).

Assembly sequence

1. Check all parts for damage and clean them.

2. Tighten the connecting bolts and plugs on the corresponding parts respectively.

3. Place the “O” ring and the paper gasket in the corresponding positions.

4. Install the seal ring, water seal ring, and packing gland into the pump cover in sequence.

5. After installing the bearing on the shaft, put it into the suspension and close the gland to press the bearing tightly.
