The production process of polyurethane screen plates includes the steps of selecting suitable materials for making screen plates, designing high-precision molds, cutting screen plates, and leveling screen plates. Polyurethane elastomer is a polymer material between ordinary rubber and plastic. Its biggest features are a wide hardness range, high elasticity, good wear resistance, good mechanical strength, and low temperature resistance.
The Production process requirements of polyurethane screen plates
1. Raw material selection: Select suitable polyurethane materials, including oligomer polyols, isocyanates, etc., and strictly control the water content and other impurities of the raw materials to ensure that their physical and mechanical properties meet production needs.
2. Mold design: Design high-precision molds. The quality of the product mold plays an important role in the quality of the sieve plate.
3. Prepolymer synthesis: Before the synthesis reaction, the water content in the oligomer polyol must be reduced to a certain range (0.05%), and the material temperature must be uniform and the flow rate must be stable through precise metering pumps and mixing heads.
4. Metering system: A low-speed precision metering pump with high temperature resistance, pressure resistance, and high hardness is used, and the flow rate is accurate and stable. At the same time, a high-tightness imported variable frequency speed control device is used to adjust the mixing ratio and flow rate, which is flexible, convenient, and reliable.
5. Heating platform: The heating platform is used for mold preheating, pouring operation,s and product molding and vulcanization. The heating platform is required to be manufactured from thick steel plates and heated by circulating heat transfer oil (or steam), with uniform temperature and easy control.
6. Drying oven: The drying oven is mainly used for post-vulcanization of products, and a movable platform can also be used for mold preheating, pouring operation,s and product molding and vulcanization.
7. Surface treatment: Add patterns to the surface of the screen plate. If there are slight scratches or small dents, they are not obvious.
8. Process control: During the screen plate molding process, it is necessary to pay attention to the opening direction, with small holes facing up and large holes facing down to avoid clogging the sieve plate.
9. Quality inspection: The bubbles on the product surface meet the relevant standard limits and there is no impurities or mechanical damage.
