Polyurethane screen panels are best used at temperatures between 120 degrees and 150 degrees. Regarding the optimal temperature of polyurethane screen panels, according to the relevant information, the temperature resistance of ordinary warm polyurethane screen panels can reach 120 degrees, while the temperature resistance of high-temperature polyurethane screen panels can reach 142 degrees, and the maximum temperature resistance can even reach 150 degrees. However, it should be noted that when the temperature reaches 150 degrees, the continuous working time should not exceed 500 hours per year.

Installation of the polyurethane screen plate

The structural form of the polyurethane sieve plate is divided into four kinds: inlaid bolt connection, compression bar connection, and screen hook connection. For example, compression bar connection type: please place the screen plate on the screen surface first, and then install it according to the support beam structure of the sieve. Generally on both sides of the sieve machine, the upper layer of the sieve plate, along the direction of the lower material with the appropriate width of the u-shaped long iron plate at appropriate distances from the drilling of screw holes, and then tighten the bolts with the bottom support beam, so that the sieve plate is firmly fixed in the middle. The contact surface of the support beam and the long iron plate with the sieve plate should preferably be lined with rubber strips (old hoses can be utilized).
