Vibrating Motor Dipping Process

Date: 2023-06-28     From: Longding     Author: admin

Impregnation is a very special and critical link in the motor manufacturing process. The particularity of the dipping process is that this process deals with flammable and explosive chemicals, which have great potential safety hazards and prominent environmental protection problems. The effect of dipping paint is directly related to the reliability of the winding of the core component of the vibrating motor. Impregnation paint and impregnation paint process equipment are the necessary hardware conditions to ensure the advanced level of motor manufacturing.

Factors Affecting the Effect of Dip Paint

1. Surface requirements of parts to be dipped and baked

Clean and dry component surfaces facilitate the wetting of the paint. If the impregnated part has grease and dirt, its surface is not conducive to the infiltration of the paint, and it will also cause different degrees of pollution to the impregnated paint. Especially powdery chips in the iron core can cause the fatal electrical failure of the winding.

2. Characteristics of impregnation paint itself

The wettability of the dipping varnish is closely related to the quality effect of the parts after dipping. If the wettability of the paint is good, it will ensure that small gaps are completely filled. Otherwise, it is necessary to use pressure to overcome the inherent repulsive force existing between the liquid and the solid insulating surface, thereby affecting the effect of the insulating treatment.

3. Adhesives for composite insulation

The compatibility of the adhesive in the composite material used in the processing of motor windings and the compatible impregnating varnish is particularly important. If the two are not compatible, the spreading ability and wetting effect of the varnish on the surface of the solid material will be affected.

4. Viscosity of dipping varnish

When the viscosity of the paint increases, the wettability of the paint will decrease due to the increase of its surface tension, which will affect the penetration ability of the paint.
