1. The excitation force of the vibration motor

If the excitation force is too large, the vibrating screen will crack due to the excessive excitation force. If the excitation force of the vibration motor is too small, the processing effect will not be achieved, and it may also cause the accumulation of materials and blockage of the network due to the too small excitation force.

2. The hole size of screen plate

The larger the screen holes, the higher the productivity per unit screen area and the better the screening efficiency. However, the size of the screen holes depends on the purpose and requirements. If you want the materials on the screen to contain fine materials smaller than the screen holes as small as possible. Smaller mesh openings should be used. On the contrary, if it is required that the materials under the sieve contain particles larger than the specified particle size as much as possible, the sieve openings should not be too large. The specified particle size is used as the limit of the mesh width.
