Solutions

1. When the moisture in the material is more than 5%, the screen surface and screen hole should be selected in a targeted manner.

2. When the moisture content of the material is more than 8%, wet screening can be used.

3. When there are many flake particles in the material, it is necessary to change the material crushing method and the process of different crushing methods.

4. Reasonable adjustment of the tension of the screen is one of the effective measures to reduce the blockage of the screen.
